We are looking for a **sales-driven, customer-focused, and highly organized Leasing Specialist** to join our remote team. This position is perfect for someone who can **multitask, has a CAN-DO attitude**, and is aligned with our company values. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey from inquiry to move-in, while also supporting administrative and special project tasks.

Your mission: help assigned properties consistently reach or exceed **95% occupancy** by turning leads into signed leases—**fast and accurately**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct virtual tours with prospective residents
- Coordinate move-in details for a seamless resident experience
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and other systems
- Support property marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions
- Ensure vacant units are leased within **15 days or less**:

- Transition files to the Resident Experience Coordinator post-move-in
- Ad hoc administrative assignments and **special projects assigned via Asana**:

- Be accountable for the performance and vacancy rates of assigned properties
- Provide updates, reports on touch bases and weekly updates

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in leasing, property management, or sales
- **AppFolio experience** required
- **Tech-savvy and quick to learn** new tools and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong **work ethic** and self-motivation
- Excellent **multitasking** and time management skills
- **Goal-oriented** with a positive, CAN-DO attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- **No excuses** mindset: aligned with company culture and values

**Equipment Requirements (Remote Position)**

To be considered for this position, all applicants **must meet the following initial requirements**:

- Reliable internet connection**:Minimum 25 Mbps (hard-wired preferred) send the speed test as well.**:

- Functional webcam, microphone, and headset for virtual communication to be checked during initial interview

**Computer specifications: (to be check during initial interview)**
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or better)
- 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- 256GB SSD or larger

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Pay: $7.00 - $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
