Resource Description

Project Manager with experience in IT projects, preferably Cybersecurity.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Fluent Spanish & English 85%
- Preferred experience on projects with significant interaction with different areas
- More than 3 years of experience in managing large and complex IT project waterfall and Scrum
- Ability to work on a number of different activity streams concurrently
- Well organized, flexible, able to work and quality advice under high pressure.
- Analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary local and remote teams
- Knowledge and hand-on experience in project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective inter-personal skills for managing and collaborating with the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible to handle simultaneously several projects of medium and high volume
- Will be responsible to prepare strong project plan and effectively communicate the same to team
- Plan, execute, monitoring, and deliver/close Cybersecurity projects
- Track cybersecurity project plans coordinating with different internal team and external vendors
- Manage and execute communication plan with Team and vendors
- Organizational Change Management
- Work plan definition
