Nonprofit Marketing Nerds is hiring an Account Manager to lead client relationships for associations and foundations across the U.S. This is a senior, client-facing role inside a fast-growing, tech-forward marketing agency built for organizations doing good work in the world.

**About Us**
Nonprofit Marketing Nerds is a women-owned marketing agency serving nonprofits and associations nationwide, but primarily based in the US. We focus on Fractional CMO work and high-impact marketing strategy. We use AI daily. We move fast. We care deeply about clarity, results, and relationships.
Our team is US and LATAM-based, with about 60 percent of the team in LATAM. We are creative, strategic, a little quirky, and very serious about doing excellent work for organizations that matter.
**About the Role**
As an **Account Manager for Associations and Foundations**, you are the face and voice of Nonprofit Marketing Nerds for your clients.
You will lead client relationships for six to eight ongoing clients, guide big-picture strategy, and ensure exceptional execution across all deliverables. You are not doing the creative production yourself. You are leading the work, the relationship, and the vision.
- You will work closely with a talented team of marketing strategists, designers, and video editors to bring client strategy to life._
- This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, influence, and a clear path for growth inside a scaling agency._
**What You’ll Be Doing**
You will own client relationships and drive work forward. This includes:
- Leading strategy and vision for association and foundation clients
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Dreaming big and helping clients see what is possible
- Managing ongoing work for six to eight clients at a time
- Guiding campaigns, priorities, and timelines with confidence
- Collaborating closely with marketing strategists and creative teams
- Ensuring work is delivered on time and at a high standard
- Translating strategy into clear direction for the team
- Leading client meetings and representing the agency professionally
- Using AI tools to support strategy, planning, and communication
- Keeping work organized inside our project management systems
- Bringing clarity, momentum, and leadership to every account
