Empresa transnacional de logística y distribución de equipos telefónicos y servicios, esta en busca de nuevo talento: : AX Support Analyst : Objetivo:Administrar, mantener y proporcionar soporte para el óptimo funcionamiento del ERP Dynamics AX en la región LATAM, como parte del equipo Regional de Shared Service localizado en México. Manteniendo los níveles de servicio y apegándose a las políticas corporativas. **Requisitos**: - Titulado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniero en Computación, Informática Administrativa, Matemáticas Aplicadas a la computación, o carreras afines. + 2+ años de experiência en manejo / administración de sistemas ERP como Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP, Epicor, etc. + 2+ años de experiência en ERP trabajando en una o mas de las siguientes áreas: oVentas oCompras oInventarios y Almacenes oContabilidad General oCuentas por Cobrar oCuentas por Pagar +Manejo de SQL Server Management Studio y SSRS +Manejo de Windows, Office +Conocimiento de principios de programación, diseño de sistemas y estructuras de bases de datos ROL: - Demostrar la habilidad de trabajar sistemática y lógicamente para analizar situaciones, resolver problemas e identificar las causas para anticipar conflictos. - Mantener contacto con los usuarios para brindar soporte y atender las necesidades y requerimientos que tengan - Priorizar el trabajo para gestionar y resolver los incidentes de acuerdo con los níveles de urgencia e importancia para mantener los níveles de servicio - Identificar casos que requieran escalación " RESPONSABILIDADES: "-Crear y mantener las solicitudes de manejo de incidentes, controles de cambio y base de conocimientos - Participar en la ejecución de los ciclos de pruebas SIT, UAT y PVT cuando sea requerido - Preparar y proveer información para los requerimientos de auditoría interna - Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de otras áreas y aplicaciones para la resolución de problemas" Habilidades: - Alto nível de compromiso en atención al cliente - Flexibilidad en la atención de urgencias y asignación de prioridades - Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita - Identificación y resolución de problemas - Emprendedor, adaptable, persuasivo, solucionador de problemas - Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa y eficaz en equipo y grupos de trabajo Sueldo competitivo más prestaciones superiores: +10 de vacaciones +´Prima vacacional de 50% +Aguinaldo a 30 días +Fondo de Ahorro +Vales de Despensa +Seguro de vida +SGMM +IMSS, INFONAVIT/FONACOT
