Launch Your Career as an **OTC Credit & Collections Intern** at WK Kellogg Co.
As an OTC Credit & Collections Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in key financial processes, including credit management, collections, and coding. You’ll contribute to analysis, reporting, compliance, and process optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business stability in a dynamic corporate environment. This role is designed to help you develop strong analytical and administrative skills and understand how financial operations drive organizational success.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Analyze Customer Trends**: Support the review of payment behaviors to help propose credit risk categories and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Assist with requesting, validating, and submitting tax certificates to meet regulatory requirements.
- **Prepare Credit Reports**: Help create periodic reports for timely reviews and proactively suggest adjustments to credit limits.
- **Manage Communications**: Monitor the credit inbox and ensure prompt, professional responses to all inquiries.
- **Process Account Requests**: Support updates and creation of new customer accounts to maintain accurate records.
- **Assist with Collections**: Provide help with cash discount processes and collections to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Support Audits**: Contribute to internal audit requirements and gain exposure to best practices for financial stability.
- **Organize Documentation**: Retrieve, organize, and maintain deduction-related documents to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.
- **Validate Deductions**: Assign accurate system reason codes to deductions for smooth processing and compliance.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work with OTC teams to clarify deduction details, resolve discrepancies, and improve workflows.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Good English level (written and spoken).

**Desired Academic Background**
- Business Administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or any related field.
