Team Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Marketing Intern to join our team, **Community Experience & Influence Team.**
This team is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns and initiatives, enhancing the channel experience for drivers. As a marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience and learn new skills that will help you jumpstart your career in marketing.

Role Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance the driver's channel experience for drivers.
- Data analysis for channel performance, campaign monitoring, result presentations & administrative processes support.
- Stay fully informed about market trends, research from other parties, and implement best practices.
- Conduct a deep dive into customer service interactions to identify qualitative insights and opportunities for improvement across our SSL markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including the use of WhatsApp Business, data analytics, and insights understanding.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing requests that will help other business units to communicate in a better way.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to make recommendations for optimization.
- Provide support to the product team in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides and tutorials.

Role Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Marketing or Business school preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.
