**Descripción y Requisitos***:Job deEscrituraion**:

- Responsible to the general supervisor to communicate with the customer and exceed their expectations in delivery, quality of communication and service.

**Required education**:

- Bachelor's degree
- English level advance

**Essential functions**:

- Responsible for CS Team as the main contact with the customer
- Responsible for the review of customer requirements and ensure timely shipments
- Negociate with the customer and manufacturing plant on critical situations
- Ensure that the customer maintains their material supply
- Support PC in managing premium outbound resources.
- Support PC in streamlining regular windows for customer support and plant flexibility
- Constant communication and follow up with production control.
- Review of critical situations with manufacturing/quality.
- Analysis of requirements on different platforms.
- Cost Recovery review with Sales.
