We are looking to be the one-stop-shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot. **Salary** - $20,000 MXN - $24,000 MXN **The Role** **Who You Are** **Duties and Responsibilities** - Establishing a “new regional operation” in your respective country and effectively act as an assistant country manager - Responsible for improving and scaling all recruitment efforts in their country to match the company’s growth - Responsible for building applicant sources by using job boards, social media, building relationships with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites - Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices - Over time builds a strong management team composed of operation managers and other recruitment members to continue to scale the operation **Education** Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: _Business Admin, Operations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar_ **Required Experience** - 2 years of experience hiring from planning and sourcing to onboarding in any of the following areas: Recruiting, Professional Staffing, HR Management - Must have experience developing strategies to expand recruitment efforts, experience in fast-space growing companies that require aggressive future planning - Experience using data to validate the success of hiring efforts and plan for future growth - A tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans - Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment (required) **Nice to Have** - Experience in the global outsourcing industry or sourcing people across different countries - Experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom) and possess strong calendar management skills and attention to detail - Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English - Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment - Interested in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and working with people to build things (preferred) - Experience with any of the following software: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Any Applicant Tracking System (preferred) **Benefits** - Paid Time Off - A "seat at the decision-making table" - Great company culture Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Mic Check Please help us check your current microphone's capability - use a Voice Recording app and tell us about your background & why you are interested * - Does the monthly salary range of MX$20,000 - MX$24,000 per month work for you? **Language**: - English Profesionally (required) License/Certification: - 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
