Are you passionate about technology and helping others? We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting tech issues and ensuring our users get the support they need.

**What You'll Do**:

- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Guide users through common troubleshooting steps and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Investigate and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Perform advanced system maintenance and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with other technical teams for deep problem resolution and long-term solution implementation.
- Document all incidents and solutions in the ticket management system.
- Proactively follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation and internal procedures.
- Participate in the training and development of new practices and processes to improve support service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in tech support (1-2 years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Windows and common software.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus.
