**Platform Operations IT Recruiter - Latin America**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Sourcing & Recruitment**:
**Source top software engineering talent across Latin America using our proprietary systems and processes, LinkedIn, GitHub, Dev.to, and other IT-focused media platforms.
**Technical Screening**:
**Collaboration & Communication**:
**Collaborate with TeamStation AI's Technology team, Head of Staff, and COO to align recruiting strategies with operational needs.- Maintain regular communication with the Operations Lead, Head of Platform, and Head of AI, especially during the maternity leave of the Operations Lead.
**Performance Metrics**:
- **Time to Hire**: ** Maintain competitive sourcing timelines based on role complexity and talent availability (as outlined in internal guides
- platform estimates).
- **Revenue Impact**: ** Contribution to revenue via successful placements with U.S.based clients.
**Advancement Opportunities**:
- **Rapid Growth Potential**: ** Advancement opportunities are directly linked to recruitment performance, with quarterly reviews based on metrics including time-to-hire, quality of placements, and revenue contribution.

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially in sourcing software engineers.
