Key Responsibilities- Generate and process service orders and invoices accurately and promptly.- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all service activities are properly documented.- Coordinate procurement of materials, spare parts, and tools needed for scheduled services and repairs.- Track and report on service and billing metrics weekly and monthly.- Manage inventory levels of supplies and ensure availability for scheduled activities.- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements.- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.- Assist in training and supporting team members as needed.- Continuous communication with Technical Team (Field Services and Repair Shop Technicians).- This role will be covering a leave of absence.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.- of 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or service operations.- Strong knowledge of office software and systems used in service management.- English level intermediate (advanced is a plus but not mandatory).- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Hard Skills- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in customer service or technical service environments (minimum 3 years).- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Experience with CRM systems, ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle), and billing/invoicing tools.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to generate reports, track service orders, and manage inventories.- Basic understanding of procurement and inventory control processes.

Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of organization and time management.- Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
