**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Actividades**:

- Mejorar la relación de cada cliente con los servicios brindados
- Soporte al cliente con consultas técnicas y procesos comerciales
- Resolución eficaz de problemas
- Documentar los pasos de solución dado a cada incidente
- Comunicación concisa y clara con las diferentes áreas

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura trunca o Terminada
- 3 años de experiência desempeñándose como Customer Service / Customer Care / Ejecutivo de cuentas en sector corporativos giro TI - SOFTWARE, asistencia de soporte a clientes mediante vía telefónica, correo electrónico y/o chat, resolución de problemas, satisfacción del cliente, comunicación con clientes internos y externos, manejo de Excel.
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.
- Escucha activa y solución a problemas
- **Idioma Inglés (BILINGÜE INDISPENSABLE)**

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo bruto mensual $17,000 a $19,000

- Lunes a Viernes 9 - 6 pm
- Oficina Polanco
