**Position Summary**

The manufacturing engineer will improve safety, quality, cost and delivery indexes by designing / redesigning / implementation toolings and machinaries in the productive process.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for manufacturing environment
- Design the manufacture process and required equipment and subsystems to improve on new and existing process.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance in trouble shooting and maintaining automated processes
- Design, quote, and create equipment/fixtures to aid production processes
- Prepares the list of spare part to maintain the equipment.
- Modify current equipment/fixtures to update process requirements.
- Assist with Kaizen activities and Engineering projects.
- Evaluate part drawings and sketches to understand product design and specification in developing manufacturing equipment.
- Support improvement in machinery or equipment and validate changes

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- B/S degree in mechatronics or related field. Advanded degree is preferred.
- Lean Six sigma Green Belt certified (Desired)
- Mechanical design (preferred)
- Proven experience(4+ years) with machining & automation. Specifically with mechanical design
- Experience with fixture and jugs design
