**The Opportunity**
- Lead Merchandising operations team to assure correct planning and control of production & logistics for exhibition materials (temporal racks & POP Materials ) according to Sales initatives (Large Format) Assure initiatives fulfillment, in order to achieve the sales plans.
- Ensure the correct administration of the operations budget Large Format (production & logistics) in order to reach productivity objectives established within the Merchandising and procurement Area.
- Maintain high quality service levels and create efficiency by the administration and control Parcel provider with a low cost, right strategy and quick flexible response.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As SALES SUPPORT ASSOC ANALYST your functions would consist of:

- Manage the production control along with 14 suppliers alignment for the fulfillment of the delivery programs of temporary exhibition racks ´s according to the sales initiatives **.**:

- Lead and advice the weekly Report results of deliveries for temporals racks and initiatives to the Execution Support, Sales Channels, Regionals and Design Teams.
- Advise merchandising channel managers on channel operation process compliance.
- Execution Support PMF) in order to design new projects to generate economic and environmental benefits **.**:

- Information and consolidation analisys in order to give a clear stategy for procurement team negotiations **.**:

- Ensure the logistics´ operations with the 3PL “FedEx “ and the logistic´s provider **.**

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Experience
- (LIN, Ingeniero Industrial, Licenciatura en Administracion)
- (+ 1 year expirience) in administration and proper management of logistics operations and multifunctional teams.
- 1-2 year experince in problem analysisand Project management.
- Excell intermediate management advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, WMS an Geolocalitation.
- Spanish / Ingles Fluid, negotiations skills, leadership and adaptation to work in matricial business.
- Lead human talent and team management
- Information analysis for problem solving and decision making
- Lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Leadership negotiation, work in a matrix organization.
