**Position**:
We are looking to add a CRM Coordinator to our marketing team who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM strategies to improve customer experience and increase retention and loyalty.

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and segmentation.
- Coordinate targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective experience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns.
- Maintain and update the customer database.Implement CRM tools and technologies to optimize processes.**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar CRM role.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity
- Results-oriented
- Intermediate/advanced English
