**Job Description** Objetivo del Puesto**
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de Customer Relationship Management (CRM) con foco en soluciones financieras ofrecidas por la empresa (créditos, remesas, garantías extendidas, seguros, etc.), maximizando la adquisición, retención, lealtad y el valor del cliente dentro del ecosistema retail.
**Responsabilidades**
- Diseñar journeys multicanal para impulsar la adopción, activación y uso recurrente de productos financieros.
- Colaborar con equipos de producto, BI, tecnología y agencias para la implementación técnica de campañas.
- Gestionar y segmentar audiencias utilizando plataformas de Marketing Automation y CDP.
- Medir, analizar y optimizar KPIs como tasa de conversión, retención, CLTV, ROAS, ROI de campañas, etc.
- Proponer e implementar pruebas A/B, estrategias de adquisición, engagement y retención.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en el tratamiento de datos personales y comunicaciones financieras (ARCO, REPEP, REUS, OptOuts, Listas Negras etc).
**Qualifications**:
- Indispensables:_
- Estrategias de CRM aplicadas a productos financieros (tarjetas, préstamos, seguros, etc.).
- Conocimiento del customer lifecycle financiero (onboarding, desarrollo, engagement, prechurn, churn e inactivos).
- Dominio de herramientas de automatización y CRM (ej. Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, SAP Emarsys, etc.).
- Habilidad analítica y uso de herramientas de data (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel avanzado, SQL básico deseable).
- Experiência trabajando con audiencias segmentadas y personalización basada en comportamiento.
- Deseables_:
- Conocimiento de regulaciones financieras (CNBV, Ley Fintech, privacidad de datos).
- Experiência previa en empresas de retail con soluciones financieras integradas.
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Kanban, Scrum).
