**We will count on yoo to**:

- Manage collections area.
- Be responsible for deciding on skills development, coaching, to the team.
- Define the strategies and execute the plan hand in hand with the team in order to get collection forecast.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Collections skills.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2 - 3 years of accounting experience preferably in multinational corporation, and proven leadership experience required, with a focus on goal setting and coaching
- Essential Advanced English Language on Business and Accounting terms (Writing, speaking and listening).
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
- Strategic Thinking.
- Priority Setting.
- Proactivity and accountability.
- Ability to drive to results by making decisions in a proactive, timely way and establishing priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to achieve results.
- Ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team-oriented leader, able to work independently but also lead cross-functionally.
