**Job Summary**:
Management of critical business data, such as customer data, product data, and/or supplier data. The primary role of the MDM Data Relationship Manager is to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the organization to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of MDM processes and systems. As a data partner with the internal Vertiv business, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive data strategy and support business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key business domains and IT functions collaborating with them to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for identifying new data sources and opportunities to leverage data for business insights and intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management role leading the teams from more than one domain in an agile environment
- Point of contact (POC) in MDM Ops for MDM IT & Data Governance Council
- POC for business for data content enrichment and issues
- Leads improvement initiatives along with Transformation Management Office
- Oversees continuous improvement roadmap for areas assigned
- Builds, maintains and reports on KPI’s and metrics for: SLA’s, Data Quality, CSAT, CI Impact, People Performance, Financials, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in data governance, master data management, computer science, information systems, data management or a related field
- Experience with MDM tools and technologies, such as Informatica, IBM, SAP, Oracle, custom tools, etc.
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in an agile environment at all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong attention to data management principles, detail and a commitment to data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity
- Experience developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
