**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business objectives.- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.- Provide expert advice on Business Relationship Management to optimize client interactions.- Coordinate with the Process Manufacturing Industry experts to tailor solutions for clients.- Ensure timely resolution of client issues by liaising with relevant departments.- Monitor industry trends to anticipate client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.- Facilitate communication between clients and the company to foster transparency.- Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics to senior management.- Oversee the development of client-focused initiatives to drive business growth.- Lead training sessions for team members on best practices in client relationship management.- Utilize data analytics to enhance client relationship strategies and outcomes.**Qualifications**- Possess extensive experience in Business Relationship Management demonstrating a track record of successful client interactions.- Have a strong understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry which is considered a valuable asset.- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both in-office and remote environments.- Show proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decision-making in client management.- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and concerns.- Maintain a high level of organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.**Certifications Required**Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM)
