**PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION**
- The role of platform solution expert will be reporting into the Global Communications Data, Digital and Technology business partnering team and be acting as a direct bridge to the business.
- Understand and analyze complex customer requirements on a global scale
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of technology solutions - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Manages and prioritizes the day-to-day operations though understanding of impact, importance and urgency across multiple stakeholders, communication channels and country cultures
- Evaluates business processes, requirements and areas for improvement while developing and implementing solutions independently and leverages synergies to deliver sound solutions.
- Liaison directly with the business as well as the development team to ensure issues and requirements are recognized, understood and implemented on both sides.
- Reliably communicates across various leadership levels of the organization while maintaining the right level of details for each group.
- Solves complex problems with a broad impact on the business and interprets ways of prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.

**EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree IT, Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong business analyst and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to adjust chosen wording to audience skills as needed
- Strong IT affinity
- Experience in presenting at business meetings

**Preferred**
- Already established foundation and experience with information architecture
- Understanding of working in a global environment with stakeholders sitting across the world
