**Location**: Zona Rio Urbana, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM PST (includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute break)
**Employment Type**:Full-time
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Medical Scheduling Campaign Manager** to lead and manage a dynamic team in our call center located in Zona Rio Urbana, Tijuana. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our medical scheduling campaigns, providing exceptional service to our clients, and maintaining operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage a team of 25+ call center agents, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to campaign goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including call metrics, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Mexico labor laws.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and achieve campaign objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on campaign performance and team metrics.
- Ensure all team members adhere to scheduled breaks and work hours.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **2 years of call center management experience**, preferably in medical or healthcare-related campaigns.
- Proven experience managing **20 or more individuals**simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and **Google platforms** (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.).
- **Bilingual**with advanced language, reading, writing, and comprehension skills in **English and Spanish**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to pass a **criminal background check** and **health examination**.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with call center software and tools.
- Updated resume and professional references to support job history.
