Are you an experienced call center professional with a background in healthcare? Do you thrive in a remote setting and enjoy helping people feel supported and informed? We're looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to serve as a Patient Coordinator for our U.S.based physical therapy clinics. (HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTHCARE INSURANCE POLICIES, PHYSICAL THERAPY, AND BOOKING MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS).

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll be responsible for coordinating appointments, confirming schedules, and delivering outstanding customer care—making sure every patient feels valued and prepared for their treatment journey.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage patient scheduling with precision, ensuring efficient use of therapist availability.
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, send reminders, and answer inquiries. Update patient records in our scheduling software and maintain accurate logs.
- Assist callers by explaining treatment plans, payment options, and insurance information.
- Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to optimize scheduling and adjust to changes.
- Handle rescheduling and emergencies with professionalism and calm.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects compassion, clarity, and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must live in Tijuana, Baja California
- Advanced English fluency (C2) — strong verbal and written communication
- 1+ year experience in medical or healthcare-related call center campaigns
- Familiar with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policies (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
