**Join Our Team as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator**Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our Medical Scheduling Campaign.**Address**: José Clemente Orozco 10093, Zona Rio Urbana Tijuana (We are located inside the Do It Business Center - In front of Profoturo)**Interview Dates by Appointment**:Monday, June 30, at 8:00 AM and end Tuesday, July 8, at 10:00 AM.**Training Start Date**: Monday, July 14, at 8:00 AM.**Requirements**:- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site)- Advanced English skills (speak, read, write, and communicate).- Ability to pass in-house exams and employment background check.- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and pass our in-house tests- Previous experience in medical/dental appointment scheduling or customer support is a huge plus- Must have all Mexican work documents (INE, birth certificate, CURP, RFC, Constancia fiscal, newest electric bill)- Must be drug and alcohol free during and before work hours.**What We Offer**:- Full labor benefits from day one.- 30-day probation period contract.- Paid Training earns up to $4600mxn* per week during your training period (before taxes).- Earn up to $5,600 pesos per week* after training (before taxes and including weekly attendance, punctuality, and KPI bonuses).- All income is reported- Bonus opportunities for daily attendance, daily punctuality, weekly KPI, and monthly call evaluation bonuses.- Employee recognition- Continuous development and support- No weekends- Paid Mexican public holidays off or paid at triple time if work* (full details discussed during interview)**Parking**: Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking.
