Sr Finance Head

As a **Finance Head** working on site for our **Toluca Plant**, you will Consolidate, analyze, and review Plant’s finance results, including cost of production (usages, factory expenses, etc.) and No-OML effects such as Obsoletes, Asset Write-Offs, etc. Prepare Plant’s budget and outlooks, providing a full understanding of the plant’s total cost per Brand / Category and how it is transferred to the different internal customers and Business Units

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Perform Finance Business Partnering activities for the plant, including scenario analysis, opportunity areas identification and validation, accounting guidelines, etc.
- Validate standard costs release
- Perform Full Capacity analysis and ensure standards are at full capacity according to approved methodology
- Prepare and validate plant’s P&L, including savings transferred, approved OTC / OTB, obsolete estimates, full capacity impacts, income and cost curves, etc.
- Prepare plant’s deck for period end and budget / outlook reviews
- Coordinate and perform required internal audit and internal control requirements

Finance Experience** or similar; at least 5 years in similar finance positions
- Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills
- ** Bilingual**: English and Spanish fluent or native; Portuguese desired
- ** Proficient in Company Tools** / Applications Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, etcSkills:
