**Description**:
**Essential Functions**
- Operational management of membership maintenance services (registrations, cancellations and changes)
- Management of outbound calls to clients to collect information to support procedures
- Reception and control of support documents
- Review of supporting documents for each type of service requested.
- Capture of procedures (registrations, cancellations and changes) in the operational management system
- Update and daily control of services in process Issuance of productivity reports
**Required Experience**
- Handling administrative outbound calls (client requirements)
- Knowledge of the Acquiring business in processes related to the operation. (Clarifications, affiliation, service
- charges, technical support, fraud prevention, risk, etc. Basic level of Excel
**Minimum Qualifications**
- High school, technical or higher career
