For a Manufacturing company, we are looking for:
**Production Supervisor**
Responsible to supports operations and maintenance needs in alignment with process/system implementation and sustainment, alsotrain and coordinate the team in producing a quality finished product at the lowest possible cost while ensuring employee and product safety.
**Responsibilities**
- PRD KPI execution to set SQDC targets
- Ops daily Scrap reporting and accuracy
- O.E.E system support & compliance
- PRD Training system compliance and document control (Cross/Flex)
- Shift to Shift communications and oversight
- Troubleshoot problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, to sustain continuous production.
- Maintains accurate and complete manufacturing records.
**Profile**
- High School Graduate
- 2 year college courses desirable or technical school
- +5 years’ Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- +5 years’ experience in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing or similar (belt manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Welding experience is required
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles
- Fork Truck certification
- Intermediate English
- Visa
