**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar análisis de datos para mejorar procesos y satisfacción del cliente
- Gestionar la facturación y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los clientes
- Trabajar bajo presión para asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos y servicios
- Garantizar la entrega de evidencias de entrega a los clientes
- Brindar atención y servicio de calidad a los clientes, respondiendo a sus solicitudes de manera oportuna
- Coordinar la **asignación de unidades de transporte de terceros**, asegurando disponibilidad y cumplimiento de tiempos
- Operar y dar seguimiento a procesos mediante **sistemas WMS**

**Requisitos**:

- Edad**:25 a 45 años**:

- Escolaridad**:Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística, Transporte, Industrial o Gestión Empresarial**:

- Experiência comprobable en atención al cliente (almacenes)
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión
- Conocimientos sólidos en facturación
- Ingles basico
- Excelente manejo de Excel
- Experiência en **asignación de unidades de terceros**:

- Conocimiento y manejo de **WMS o sistemas de gestión de almacenes**

A espaldas de la planta FORD, conjunto indutrial cuautitla.
