Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored masonry solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize iPhone or Mac to communicate with clients, manage CRM software, and perform necessary administrative tasks.
- Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes simultaneously.
- Take the initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage multiple sales priorities independently.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, client communications, and follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales roles.
- At least 2+ years in customer service roles.
- Native or fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must own and be proficient with an iPhone or Mac.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
