Team Overview:
The Delivery Commercial Operations head is a crucial leadership position within DiDi´s organization. It is a dynamic opportunity to lead the offering of operational delivery solutions to all internal and external clients in all Spanish speaking Latin America. This area is responsible for prioritizing, defining and leading the initiatives to support restaurants, stores and other clients in their Delivery needs. It is a team that requires analytical and operational capabilities as well as strong consultative commercial skills as they will lead the collaboration with senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

- Being the operations leader to negotiate and manage the expectations of all internal and external clients;
- Discussing and agreeing with the commercial team on what can we offer restaurants, retailers and other clients in terms of operational capabilities;
- Managing the key operational projects to improve in-store performance of couriers, delivery expectations and speed;
- Leading strategic planning by setting goals, defining priorities, and allocating resources in collaboration with senior executives and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local objectives and global goals;
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing actionable plans to enhance processes, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement;
- Designing frameworks and tools to track progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability across key initiatives;
- Fostering collaboration across teams, including local operations, sales, and functional units, to drive alignment and synergy.
