Team Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and control for our restaurant partners, and facilitating growth for restaurants. You are the product designer and gatekeeper of all product touch points we have with restaurants and restaurant partners.

Role Responsibilities:

- Understand commercial organization and restaurant operations. Proactively look for gaps in experience, as well as understand the complexity in service delivery or governance..
- Proactively look for the most suitable product solutions to improve the efficiency of our restaurant partner team as well as better control in their result delivery and service quality.
- Proactively look for the most suitable product solutions to improve restaurant operational easiness and experience, as well as providing friendly levers for their growth and retention on the platform.
- Propose and quality check all relevant product plans, and be able to prioritize and coordinate resources to make them happen.
- Understand our business targets, and be able to organize and implement changes with our restaurant and restaurant partners.

Role Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in commercial operations, product operations, or merchant product design. Knowledge of commercial organization and familiarity with product design are necessary to this role.
- Fluent English as working language.
- Sense of responsibility. Target oriented. Experience with project management or cross team collaboration.
