Application Coordinator

As a APPLICATION COORDINATOR, you will be able to operationally guarantee the accurate execution and closure of the works in terms of time, form, cost, and quality, bases on the analysis of the project and the client’s needs, offering the area constant visibility of the operational status, in compliance with the policies and procedures established by the company

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review together with those involved, the documentation generated for the work (specification, budget, contract, etc.)
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of activities by the assigned contractor, with special emphasis on safety, quality, cost and inventory control for the accurate development and operational closure.
- Optimally elaborate and carry out, the administrative and documentary closure of the project (client and supplier)

**Qualifications**
- BA Degree - Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent, desirable knowledge in painting.
- Proficient level of English, capable of understanding and have conversations.
- Excel: Intermediate domain, capable of creating pivot tables and Excel functions or formulas.
- Proficiency using AutoCAD.
- Travel Availability.
