As a APPLICATION/ EXPANSION COORDINATOR, you will be able to handle the complexity and solve problems under general supervision related to the pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support through the efficient management of the administrative processes and the coordination of the resources of each project**Key Responsibilities**- Ensure minimum profitability established in the high risk matrix to withstand deviations, ensuring for each of them compliance with the budgeted and contracted parameters.- Follow the training plan for the current year and the internal policies.- Efficiently supervise supplier payments and customer invoices for each project.- Make the corresponding orders and follow up until confirming the delivery on site.- Keep control of the supply and consumption of materials in each project to ensure that they correspond to the list of supplies provided by the unit price area.- Verify that each support document is in the corresponding folder of each project in ORACLE.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or related to business.- +2 years of proven experience in managing projects and administrating resources.- Desirable English basic level to develop internally.- Desirable intermediate level of Microsoft Office Package and Oracle software.- Travel Availability within the Mexican Republic.- High proficiency in skills such as proactivity, problem solving, assertive communication, monitoring and teamwork**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
