**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Answer inbound calls from clients in the U.S.
- Provide clear, helpful responses and resolve basic issues.
- Record all interactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members on more complex cases.
**What You’ll Need**
- Fluency in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written).
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in customer service by phone is a **plus**, not a must.
