Realiza actividades de compras relacionadas con el área asignada a administrar
- Desarrolla y administra la relación con los proveedores así como las estrategias de commodity para asegurar el abasto de alta calidad, precio efectivo y entregas a tiempo para los materiales y servicios, monitoreando efectivamente el desempeño de los proveedores, negociando contratos y utilizando las herramientas de sistema (SAP).
- Administra los proveedores asignados, los commodities o categorías para asegurar que el negocio recibe las partes, ensambles, productos terminados y servicios que cumplan con los requisitos de calidad, especificaciones técnicas y objetivos de costos y entregas.
- Apoya las necesidades de Sourcing, así como los cambios que ventas o ingeniería promueven para asegurar su implementación con costos aceptables.
- Conduce análisis de riesgos de cadenas de suministro críticas / complejas y los elementos de dicha cadena de suministro. Desarrolla e implemente las estrategias adecuadas de commodity para suportar los planes de la empresa a corto y largo plazo, así como la excelencia operativa, incluyendo la identificación, evaluación y desarrollo de fuentes alternativas para mejorar calidad, costos y/o entregas.
- Monitorear y apoyar los níveles de inventarios adecuados (considerando yields, scrap u obsolescencias) y desarrolla maneras de optimizar inventarios, minimizando costos, así como asegurando una eficiente y efectiva implementación.
