SENIOR INDIRECT PURCHASING BUYER**Fecha**:29 jul. 2025**Ubicación**: Monterrey, MX**Empresa**:OP Mobility- To lead, negotiate and source non-production suppliers, services (indirect materials, indirect services, and capital expenditures)- Manage supplier relationship within an Extended Enterprise framework in support of the team in accordance with the Purchasing procedures and policy/compliance- Ensure the competitiveness market, achieving aggressive cost targets, considering quality, cost, technology and compliance to reach OPmobility needs.- Long term agreements, supply base management, score card, number of supplier gap closure on activities- Challenge/Negotiate Supply Base with data analytics/competitive cost- Work closely with internal departments for selection suppliers to obtain best cost competitive pricing- Manage and resolve supplier issues such as payment, claims, actions plans- Support specification requirements for quoting- Develop and implement Cost Models an Cost Estimating Tools for assigned domain- Drive cost reductions/productivity aligned to global purchasing objectives- Track plant cost improvements- Manage contract supplier compliance- Develop and manage RFQ´s assigned by Mexico Cluster Mngmnt- Consistently meet and exceed cost cutting goals- Align and keep constant communication within C-POWER plants, Business Units and Global Indirect Purchasing.- Build synergy with divisional relationships.- Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. Ensures that facility is in full compliance with all corporate safety regulations.**Personal Background**- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance or other supply chain area- Five years of previous experience in Indirect purchasing, direct purchasing or supply chain- Managerial background in previous experience**Job Technical skills**- Deep understanding of RFx processes.- Good understanding of a Source-To-Pay process, including knowledge of Category Management principles- Ability to perform Spend Analysis and rationalize tail spend.- Strong MS Office skills required. Advanced Excel, SAP will be additional advantage- Collect, maintain, and analyze data**Job Soft skills**- Strong analytical skills and business judgment- Excellent verbal and written communication- Ability to negotiate and solving problems- Strong English written and communication skillsLI-GS1
