- Seguimiento y atención de siniestros con cliente internos y externos respecto a aclaraciones de tramites presentado y recepción de documentos
- Control y seguimiento de cada siniestro asignado hasta su conclusión
- Reporte de siniestros
- Funciones administrativas (carga de solicitudes en portal, solicitud de documentos en bóveda, digitalización de expedientes, solicitud de aplicación a pago)
- Experiência y conocimiento general en trámites de pérdida total
- Conocimiento de operación con unidades en financiamiento
**Lo que necesita tener**:
- Conocimientos generales sobre seguros y condiciones generales
- Manejo de Excel
- Facilidad de palabra
- Calidez en el servicio
