**QUALITY MANAGER**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Responsible for overall ISO systems establishment and implementation

2. Responsible for QA/QC activities and standards

3. Ensure that all procedures are conducted in accordance with the Quality/ ISO systems and enforcing QC/QA standards and ISO procedures to be applied.

4. Trouble shooting and problem solving in cooperation with production.

5. Ensure that all products shipped to the customers fulfils product specifications.

6. Handle customer queries/ complaints and concessional release of product if required.

7. Improve business performance, staff training, and thorough involvement in other business improvement projects.

8. Familiar with Failure Analysis, FMEA and PPAP

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Material Science/ Science & Technology or equivalent.

2. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in QA/QC functions.

3. Sound knowledge in 7 QC Tools, 5W, CAPA, ISO 9000 QMS, ISO13485, EMS1400 EMS and IATF16949.

4. Must be resourceful, self-motivated, customer focused, and able to lead the QA Department.

5. Possesses strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. English Advanced
