About the Team

The Workday Education team develops and delivers engaging and innovative learning solutions to help customers, partners, and employees make the most of Workday’s unified solution.

The Cross Applications Team specifically focuses on highly technical topics that cross over the entire Workday product suite. Topics include integration, web development, reporting, and security.

About the Role

About the Role- Complete a training and qualification program and become proficient in the Workday product suite.- Participate in frequent trainings to stay current with software updates- Perform remote training using various collaborative teaching methods- Collaborate with content development team to define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality training- Build relationships with Workmates across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation, and meet goals- Learn and quickly master new product functionality-
- Use dynamic presentation skills to engage your students and improve their learning experience-
- Perform administrative responsibilities for classes you are conducting- Participate in cross functional projects- Mentor other instructors on your areas of expertise

Travel: Occasional travel may be required (typically 2 times per year).

About You

Basic Qualifications-Staff Level
- Strong technical capability including: Command of Service Oriented Architecture concepts including SOAP and REST. Experience with XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, or other integration technologies.

Basic Qualifications-Senior Level
- Strong technical capability including: Command of Service Oriented Architecture concepts including SOAP and REST. Experience with XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, or other integration technologies.

Other Qualifications
- Experience teaching content to technical and functional audiences is preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to independently manage projects
- Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain
- Passion for learning, instructing, and mastering complex system functionality
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present to large groups of 20+ people using a variety of delivery methods, for lengthy periods of time
