**Technical Sales Manager - Mexico & USA M/F**
Permanent Contract - Located in Monterrey (Mexico)
**Your role**:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will have to further develop Phosphea business activity in the field of animal feed market, in Mexico & then in the USA.
**Your main tasks**:
- Develop sales of technical feed ingredients and solutions in the Mexican and North American markets.
- Collect and analyze market information (market study and technical, competitive, regulatory monitoring)
- Build customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with your customers (integrators, feed and premix makers, distribution partners, ): 50% of your time will be allocated to customers’ visits.
- Conduct products technical presentations to prospects and customers (integrators, feed and premix makers, distribution partners, )
- Provide technical advice and personalized support to the customers
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, carrying out regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage their implementation
- Prospect and develop the client portfolio
- Ensure the correct processing of client orders
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor or MSC in animal nutrition/animal production/animal science passionate about this industry
- Business and results-oriented
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales of specialty animal feed ingredients in Mexico
- Efficient clients network on the monogastric area
- You are pedagogue and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- You speak Spanish and have professional proficiency in English
- Frequent business travel is required (50% of the time)
