Somos una empresa especializada en consultoría TI con presencia en México y América Latina, en búsqueda de talento como Service Delivery Manager con las siguientes características:
*Egresado de Licenciatura o ingeniería en sistemas o carretas afín (Titulo y cedula profesional)
*10 años de experiência comprobada gestionando Servicios Administrados de Soporte en Campo con las siguientes características:

- Mas de 100 Ings de Campo a nível Nacional
- Mas de 10,000 tickets.
- Experiência en el sector Bancario (deseable)
- Enfocado a resultados

*Contar con alguna de las siguientes cerfitifaciones (ITIL V3 o superior, HDI Desktop Support Manager, HDI Support Center Team Leader o SDI Field Support (Altamente deseable).
- *Capacidad de interacción con ejecutivos níveles Gerencias, Subdirección y Dirección
- Gestión de Níveles de Servicio
- Gestión de Servicios Administrados
- Gestión de Recursos +100
- Gestión de Activos y Garatías
- Gestión de Reparaciones/Logistica

*Experiência comprobable en Soporte en Campo en el sector de Banca

Actividades a realizar:

- Asegura que los incidentes se traten según procedimientos acordados.
- Analiza métricas y genera reportes sobre el desempeño del proceso de gestión de incidentes, Requerimientos, Cambios, Problemas.
- Especifica estándares y métodos para lograr los objetivos de usabilidad y accesibilidad para asegurar que esto se aborde en el diseño futuro
- Analizar la disponibilidad, la fiabilidad, el mantenimiento y la utilidad de los componentes y los servicios
- Monitorear la capacidad del componente de servicio e inicia acciones para resolver cualquier deficiencia de acuerdo con los procedimientos acordados.
- Asegura que se realicen procedimientos operacionales rutinarios acordados. Contribuye al mantenimiento, la instalación y la solución de problemas.

Habilidades:

- Asesora sobre los estándares, métodos, herramientas y aplicaciones relevantes para la especialidad propia y puede tomar decisiones apropiadas a partir de las alternativas.
- Estima y evalúa riesgos.
- Facilita la colaboración entre los interesados que tienen diversos objetivos.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: Hasta $50,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
