**_LAS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES SON: _**

Actúa como vínculo entre la empresa y el cliente, organiza y dirige el área de servicio al cliente para lograr los objetivos de la empresa, y trabaja en conjunto con las demás áreas para lograr la satisfacción del cliente.

**_REQUISITOS: _**
- Licenciatura finalizada, maestría deseable
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito indispensable
- Conocimiento de sistema ERP
- Conocimiento de sistemas de calidad (ISO/IAFT/AS)
- Capacidad de análisis de datos para toma de decisiones estratégicas
- Experiência de 5+ años en servicio a clientes, en empresa de manufactura
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
