Lead Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) or Local Sales Organization (DC). To drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery, and Lead-Time, to be accountable for inventory and supply plan adherence.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Operation Planning and scheduling. Own the sales and Operation Planning.
- Runs a short-term planning process or S&OE process, connecting planning with execution.
- Support the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with the business functions and supply units (feeder factories).
- Lead/contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead times, and forecast accuracy.
- Use Lean six sigma tools whenever applicable.
- Lead local planning functions and ensure ( with P&F Manager ) the local planning team are properly organize, staffed, and skilled and directed.
- Establishes and maintain an inventory management process for the finished goods in line with company guidelines.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with Materials, Scheduling, Planning, etc.
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Office.
- Experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems.
- Experience working with MTS-MTO Production Systems.
- Advanced level of English is required.
