**About the role**:
This role is responsible for managing commission data, processing broker-related transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of information within our systems. The Insurance Data Processor will also support broker inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain data integrity across all records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter and process broker commission data in internal systems.
- Review and verify all information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle broker-related inquiries, providing timely and professional customer service.
- Maintain and update distributor and broker order records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or data issues.
- Perform regular audits and analysis of commission data to ensure integrity.
- Support reporting and documentation needs related to broker payments and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, insurance processing, or a related administrative role.
- Prior experience working in an insurance company in the USA (brokerage, claims, commissions, or policy administration preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle customer service inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with order or data management systems.
