**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or executive assistant
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- High interpersonal skills and ethical standards for yourself.
- Superior time management abilities and capability of meeting deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
- “Read the room” and have a high level of business acumen.
- Advanced written English is required

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Identification of leads and follow up
- Building client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts
- Conducting market research to inform strategic business decisions
- Supporting the Sales Executive with written proposals, Sales Presentation files, and scheduling of meetings
- Managing DYCSI’s CRM
