**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5+ years quality assurance and manufacturing experience
- Experience leading difficult quality issues as key customer interface
- Experience with establishing customer relationships

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILIES**:

- The following describes the job requirements for the Customer Quality Assurance Engineer:

- The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer is the lead for all global customer quality activities for the assigned regional customer(s) (this includes customer locations in all regions).
- Act as a ‘Satellite QKAM’ for customers located in other regions (managed by that region’s QKAM).
- Drives continuous improvement activity between the manufacturing plants and the customer.
- Actively visits the customer to resolve issues, perform quality reviews, resolve quality escalations when necessary, and other appropriate tasks.
- Pro-actively establishes relationships with key customer individuals and schedules regular communication at appropriate levels of the customer organization.
