**Job Title**: Operations Team Lead - eCommerce Warehouse **Company**: CTS Global **Location**: Tlalnepantla, México **Salary**: Up to $70,000 MXN per month, based on experience **Job Description**: CTS Global is seeking an "Operations Team Lead" to join our team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. This role is fundamental for supervising, optimizing, and coordinating all logístical and operational processes within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This role has a key focus on continuous process improvement, effective team management, and alignment with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate and manage warehousing and inventory, ensuring efficient workflows and rational resource allocation to optimize productivity. - Develop and implement planning scenarios to meet business needs. - Optimally assign tasks to improve productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Schedule employees, balance workload, and control overtime to maximize operational efficiency. - Strictly enforce occupational safety and health standards and implement security measures to protect the warehouse and its assets. - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor operational performance. - Identify operational inefficiencies and execute continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans. - Drive process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Work closely with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure operational alignment. - Maintain fluid communication within the warehouse team and with other areas of the company, ensuring consistency in strategy and operational execution with corporate headquarters. - Improve space distribution and workflows to maximize warehouse utilization. - Control the warehouse budget to maintain optimal operational costs. - Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure continuous team training in operational and safety best practices. - Act quickly on operational issues and minimize waiting times to improve logístical efficiency. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields, with a professional license/title. - English level: Conversational is essential (your direct manager only speaks English or Mandarin). - Mandarin Chinese: ESSENTIAL. - 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Manager. - 2 years of experience in team management. - Experience in eCommerce/Freight Forwarder warehouse operations. - Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), budgets and costs, warehouse and inventory management software (ERP), transportation and distribution strategies, data analysis tools, industrial safety and protocols, optimization techniques, quality control procedures, continuous improvement strategies, and customs processes and clearance. - Advanced spoken English skills. - Ability to negotiate with international clients and suppliers. - Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. - Commute distance evaluation: no more than 1 hour. **Competencies**: - Leadership and team/conflict management - Decision making - Problem solving - Strategic thinking - Organization and planning - Teamwork ability - Organizational skills - Effective communication - Results orientation - Work under pressure **Benefits**: - Law benefits (Prestaciones de Ley). - Major Medical Expenses Insurance. - Life Insurance. - Savings fund (7%). - Additional vacation days (30 days). - Food vouchers ($2,000 MXN monthly).
