Computer equipment support and administration.
- Server room maintenance and administration.
- Periodically audit voice and data systems for possible failures and timely correction.
- Protect the network by monitoring the security systems and overall usage of network traffic.
- Periodically audit computer equipment with security tools to detect unauthorized software or information.
- Ensure and maintain the proper functioning of the server room equipment as well as the technological infrastructure of the Transplace Nuevo Laredo network.
- Maintain inventory control programs in coordination with your immediate boss considering all branches of the company.
- Check that the video camera equipment is operating correctly in each of the corresponding ones.
- Always have a backup team to replace when one is damaged in an office.
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects.
