**Support Plant Manager**
Responsible for coordinating the activities of equipment & Tooling building for support the EDS Launches or new projects maintained high standard safety / Quality/ Delivery & sales following the polices established by the company and guidelines of EDS operation director.
**Responsibilities/Skills
- Oversee all day-to-day schedule’s progression of customer requirements in the Fixture/ Dies/Tooling and special equipment and establish action plan to improve any area out of the goal.
- Establish improvement plans that permit increase the Quality, productivity and efficiency in each manufacturing process.
- Comply with and enforce along with the safety department and key personal the activity of identify the operation with high risk to prevent accident in us machinery.
- Establish a weekly staff meeting to show and establish action plan the goals, metric and future plans of the business.
- Recommend and initiate actions that prevent the occurrence of any discrepancy related to the product, process and/or quality operating system.
- Establish closed communication with EDS plants to coordinate the activities of Engineering change, issues solution and updates changes, with a view of Internal Customer.
- Develop a team of Engineering and Desing departments to create new ideas, suggestion and best practice to create product, tooling and equipment more sophisticated, to eliminate human error and increase labor efficiency..
- Use personal protective equipment according to JSA (Safe Work Analysis) applicable in their work area.Comply with the environmental, safety, and health requirements set forth in the legislation and regulations related to our activities and products, as well as, those EHS requirements established by the community, our customers, and others to which we are subscribed.
**Required Profile**
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
- 5+ years of experience in manager role and machining tooling and mechanization.
