**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?**
- **BEING A STUDENT** from the 5th semester (60% of the program) or **RECENTLY GRADUATED** from Administration, **International Relations, Tourism, Communications,** Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced **English** (minimum **80%**)
- **ENTHUSIASM** (own it and show it) **for facing challenges and growing**:

- Live in Monterey area
- 20 to 25 years old
- **Availability morning or evening shift** (from 08:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 19:00) from Monday to Friday
- **Availability** to cover **Saturdays or Sundays** from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Knowledge of office and Windows.
- Desirable experience in Aspel

**Accountabilities you will learn and master**
- Timely and accurately execute guest entry and exit processes (check in and check out), and generate the corresponding report daily.
- Ensure the timely payment of guests for their stay as well as the correct collection and integration of their data.
- Prepare daily counting and closing report of transactions.
- Confirm and coordinate the delivery of the suites to new guests.
- Verify daily the inventory of available suites and report daily anomalies.
- Ensure the satisfaction of guests during the stay and the collection of their respective recommendations on social networks permanently.
- Contribute permanently to the development of a productive work environment aligned with the purpose of the position.
- Support management in the supervision and execution of suite cleaning activities as well as in the filling of logs.
- Ensure that suite maintenance and cleaning logs are permanently updated.
- Support in answering calls, messages on social networks, crisis or conflict management, registration of customer requirements and follow-up on commercial proposals.
- Efficiently identify and resolve doubts, problems and customer complaints by investigating causes and proposing solutions to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Monitor and ensure the functionality of websites and telephone service.
- Support the issuance of checks, policies and invoices, treasury reports, accounting, and analysis and classification of expenses.
- Ensure correct budget control.
