**Responsibilities**:

- Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
- Administer payroll, cash management, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, change orders, purchase orders, work orders, subcontracts, and punch lists
- Manage the subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages that include, scope of work, bidding process, and necessary construction documents
- Document accurate job information sheets, work logs of construction activities, and project team rosters
- Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience

- Ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience by overseeing the construction contract administration and submittal log processes
- Document accurate job information sheets, work logs of construction activities, and project team rosters
- Regulate quality control process measures that ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations
- Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
- Work with all social media and marketing platforms to promote the business

**Qualifications**:

- Fundamental accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are preferable
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required - some college highly preferred
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial
- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
- 3 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is crucial
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software are required
